The Engagement Process

Step 1: The Baseline (The Assessment)

The entire team takes the anonymous Team Diagnostic™. We generate a "polar diagram" that visualizes the team's system, revealing hidden conflicts and strengths.

Step 2: The Reveal (The Workshop)

A 1-day or half-day deep dive where the team sees their data for the first time. We facilitate the "unspoken" conversations needed to interpret the results without finger-pointing.

Step 3: The Coaching (The Shift)

Over 3–6 months, we coach the team on their specific gaps (e.g., "We have High Trust but Zero Accountability"). We provide the tools to shift the metrics.

Step 4: The ROI (Re-Assessment)

At the end of the engagement, we re-deploy the diagnostic to measure the percentage increase in Productivity and Positivity.
